Days like Mothering Sunday are special. The focus of the child turns from it self to the care giver, the nuturer who is the mother in most instances. This can be difficult for some children because they are wired to demand their mother's attention to aid their survival against predators.

Mothers  need to be cherished, supported and loved to enable them to be constant source of love  and for them to develop an healthy relationship with their children.  An ungrateful child will make it's mother sick because a parasitic relationship develops,with the mother being the host.  

So on this special day dedicated to mothers make sure you communicate and demonstrate just how much you love and appreciate your mother. This will help to replenish her love energy and to keep her heart healthy for many years to come.
