Live In The Here and Now

We need to live in the present not the past nor the future. We need the discipline to be in the present with our thoughts.When we worry about tomorrow we diminish  our energy to transform and manifest the resources we need in the present. This prolongs stagnant states of being. Your body throws off energy towards your past and your future. This creates nothing but frustration in your present reality  because you have left little or no energy available to manifest and draw to you in the present the resources  you need to move from a stagnant state.  Your guardians and angels will do all that they can to help you  stop worrying about the past and the future when you ask them through prayer or supplication. 

They create decoy situations to help you live in the present. This enables you to refocus your energies in the here and now. They will send you `teachers` and emergencies that demand you to refocus on the present or sudden invites and surprises that will delight you to stop you from worrying about the past or the future.

Only by living in the moment can we effect our present reality to change it.
