Our lives are never at a standstill. When things appear  to be static, the processes before they emerge, gestate taking form energetically.  They then manifest on a physical level.  This allows us time to assimilate the new and to merge with it, hopefully in a fearless and seamless way. Something deep inside our psyche would have summoned that change, that renovation and redirection of our spirit; our very thoughts. They are powerful and act as building blocks and wrecking balls.

Therefore when going through challenges it's important to keep our thoughts positive  and to live in hope to help create the best conditions to serve us. When working towards a dream or goal lay solid foundation by visualising the desired outcomes and let your thoughts form the cement to stablise the processes as they form energetically.
