Today I was surrounded by some of the most important people in my life from my family, my sisters. Over the years they have always, challeneged,supported ,loved and corrected me unconditionally. Looking into their faces today around the dinner table I could sense a history between us that had spanned many lifetimes. I could sense a real synergy between us that time and distance could not withhold. This is a wonderful gift,uncondtional love from a soul level.

Remember to thank people who have helped to cultivate who you are today whether family,freind or neighbour. Be grateful and celebrate those ties.
