Why do we constantly run through life.We need to stop and admire the scenery. Our destination will always await us because it's our destiny. We need to find time for ourselves, real quality time for ourselves and this is achieveable thnrough meditation. When we meditate answers arise as an inner knowing and the compass of life points us in the right direction. We  are able to find our flow, the pace and the path. We no longer battle against circumstances that exhausts and demoralise us. 

If we could have the discipline to meditate at least once a day our daily frustrations would melt away. Sometimes  the challenge of living is about trusting and believing in ourselves.

Find time to meditate by finding time for you and access your own unique magic.
